My training and practice is rooted in Saskatchewan.
About Dr. Horswill
I completed my Master’s and Ph.D. in Clinical Psychology at the University of Regina. Through my education I completed clinical training at RCMP Health Services, the Wascana Rehabilitation Centre, the URegina Psychology Training Clinic, and the Regina Mental Health Clinic. My dissertation project examined the trauma-related experiences of Saskatchewan police officers - click here to hear more!
My residency year was spent in Calgary in the CPA-Accredited Clinical Psychology Residency Program, where I worked in the Carewest Operational Stress Injury Clinic, and the Foothills Hospital Mood Disorders Service.
I now live in Saskatoon with my husband, our son, and a cute but unruly Siamese. I have worked in private practice in Saskatoon since 2017, and in 2023 I opened the doors to my own clinic, Resilience Psychological Services. I am dedicated to providing competent, ethical, reliable care to individuals who have experienced trauma, including first responders and healthcare workers.
I keep current in research and training opportunities.
