Services
Comprehensive Assessment
I provide psychological assessments for a variety of purposes, including:
Veteran’s Affairs applications for RCMP and Military
Psychological diagnosis for personal interest or treatment planning
Disability or injury claim applications and appeals
Assessment involves an interview where I get to know you and your situation, and may include additional testing as needed. Before we book an assessment we can set up a brief consultation so that we can tailor the assessment to your specific needs.
Law Enforcement Assessment
I have extensive experience with assessing candidates and members of law enforcement agencies. I offer Pre-Employment Psychological Evaluations to provide an informed opinion about suitability of applicants. I am also available for comprehensive Fitness for Duty Evaluations to determine timelines for a return to work and identify treatment needs. My work in this area has included agencies at all levels, including federal work with the RCMP and Correctional Service Canada, provincial protective services groups, and municipal police forces in Saskatoon and throughout the province.
Speaking and Workshops
I provide talks and workshops on a variety of topics relating to trauma, resilience, and first responder mental health. I have experience speaking to an array of audiences, from clinical psychology graduate students to senior police leadership.
Developing resilience in jobs with frequent workplace trauma exposure
Identifying early warning signs of an operational stress injury, and treatment options for returning to good health
Returning to work after a mental health injury
Please contact me for my speaking rate, or to book a consultation appointment to arrange an engaging, informative, and evidence-based talk for your audience.
Psychological Treatment
Please note that in order to provide quality care for my current clients, I am not able to accept new therapy clients at this time.
Supervision
I am available to provide professional consultation to registered psychologists in Saskatchewan. On a limited basis, I am available to act as a secondary supervisor of graduate students of accredited clinical psychology programs, and provisionally registered psychologists in Saskatchewan.
